Purchases

When you buy we process your name, email, phone number and delivery address to prepare and ship your order, issue the invoice and deal with any issue. Legal basis: the sales contract and, for invoicing, a legal obligation.

Payments are processed by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.

Your account

If you register, we store your name, date of birth (to check you are of legal age) and, if you give them to us, your phone number, Instagram username and the wines you are interested in. Legal basis: providing the account service you request.

Marketing emails

We only send you news and offers if you tick the box in your account or subscribe to the newsletter and confirm with the link we email you. We keep the confirmation date as proof. You can unsubscribe from any email or in “My account”. Legal basis: your consent.

Personalised offers

If you agree in your account, we combine your purchases and your activity on the website (pages and wines you view, what you add to the cart) to learn your tastes and send you tailored offers. A person reviews offers before they are sent and we make no automated decisions with legal effects on you. You can withdraw this permission at any time in “My account”. Legal basis: your consent.

Website measurement

If you accept measurement in the cookie notice, we record the pages you visit with a random identifier for your browser. If you do not, we only count visits anonymously. See the cookie policy for details.

Who receives it

Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (hosting of the website, accounts and orders, on servers in the European Union) and the carrier that delivers your order. We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else.

How long

Account data, until you delete your account. Website activity, 24 months. Orders and invoices, six years, as required by commercial law.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to TresPiedras@bodegastrespiedras.com, and delete your account yourself in “My account”. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
