Legal age

We only sell to people aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm this, and the carrier may ask for ID on delivery.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT and excise duties. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Payment is made by card through Stripe when you order.

Shipping

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal. To these countries shipping costs €35 for every 6 bottles (a magnum counts as 2), up to 36 bottles per order. For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries; write to us if you need it.

Delivery time: number working days from payment.

If a bottle arrives broken, let us know within number days with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason. Write to TresPiedras@bodegastrespiedras.com; we will refund the amount, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the wine. Return costs are on you. Bottles must arrive unopened and in good condition.

Warranty and complaints

You have the legal guarantee of conformity. For any complaint write to TresPiedras@bodegastrespiedras.com. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
