IE Business School event
On Saturday 8 October we took a group of 30 students from IE Business School around the appellation, showing them the whole winemaking process in the Ribera del Duero.
The students, from more than 15 countries, saw the whole process first-hand, from the harvest in vineyards in Fuentecén to the fermentation and bottling at the Pomar de Burgos winery in Valdezate. After visiting the vineyards and the winery, they tasted several wines and, over a meal of local products, appreciated the differences in ripening and fermentation between the styles and vintages in the tasting.
